What Does this MRI Scan Result Mean?

I was just hoping that my MRI report could be put into simple terms for me. Mild reversal of the normal cervical lordosis at C3-C4. Stable anterior fusion from C4 to C6.The cord is of normal signal intensity without intrinsic lesions. C2-C3: Negative for focal disc protrusion, spinal stenosis or foraminal compromise. C3-C4: Mild posterior osteophytic ridging. Negative for central spinal canal stenosis. Right unconvertebral joint disease moderately narrows right neural foramen. C4-C5: Negative for focal disc protrusion, spinal stenosis or foraminal compromise. C5-C6: Negative for focal disc protrusion, spinal stenosis or foraminal compromise. C6-C7: A broad bar osteophyte disc complex mildly indents the anterior thecal sac with mild neuroforaminal narrowing bilaterallh. C7-T1: Negative for focal disc protrusion, spinal stenosis or foraminal compromise Impression: 1. Stable anterior fusion form C4 to C6 2. Mild acquired spondylosis without central spinal stenosis at C3-C4 and C6-C7 3. Mild right neural foraminal stenosis at C3-C4 and bilaterally at c6-C7 I know this is a lot but I am desperate for some sort for clarity. ThankYou Lynn M Kelsheimer

* Any medical report has to be co related with clinical symptoms and
examination findings, which are not available here.

However, I can comment with limited information that

- If the symptomatic severity is mild to moderate : best approach cervical spine support with neck collar assisted physiotherapy ultrasonic waves or shock therapy regular analgesic, anti inflammatory agents control of calcium homeostasis

- If the symptomatic severity is considerable or medical therapy has failed expert spine surgical consulting and surgical options discussion.
